It is truly an honour and privilege to serve as the founding Chairman of this esteemed forum. I am deeply humbled by this opportunity and sincerely grateful for the trust and encouragement extended to me by each of you. I remain steadfast in my commitment to steering this organization toward excellence.
In a remarkably short time since its inception, the International Tamil Engineers Forum (ITEF) has made significant strides. With approximately 3,000 members enrolled and the establishment of XX international chapters, we have laid the foundation for an ambitious and forward-looking strategic plan. I am confident that our shared Vision, Mission, and Strategic Plans will guide us to a successful year ahead and set the stage for sustained growth in the future.
The world around us is transforming at an unprecedented pace. Social, political, technological, scientific, and economic changes present both challenges and opportunities. In this dynamic environment, the need for greater connectivity and networking is paramount to navigating the increasingly complex landscapes that impact engineers and the industries we serve. ITEF is poised to become the premier platform for fostering these vital connections among engineers and enterprises alike.
